2024 Shortlist Released

We are very excited and happy to finally release the YDA 2024 shortlist!!

This year we had a record number of entries, so it is a particularly impressive achievement to have been shortlisted. Check out the full shortlist now

We would like to extend a warm invitation to our shortlisted directors and the wider YDA community to celebrate with us in Cannes on the 20th of June!

This year we invite you to join us for breakfast, sponsored by our long-term partner shots, outside Cinema Olympia at 9.30am, followed by our screening at 10.30am. That way, there is still time to enjoy lunch in the sun afterwards!

In the evening, our awards ceremony and beach party will take place at 7:30pm on Le Bénetier Beach. We are pleased to be hosting our party this year in collaboration with our neighbouring German Beach by Weischer.

Tickets are 20€, which includes a pre-screening breakfast, entry to the cinema in the morning and access to the beach in the evening.

Grab your ticket, and join us for a celebration in true Cannes cinematic style!
