A Word From The President

“I’d like to thank you all for the overwhelming turnout to our beach cocktail party where it was my great pleasure to announce tomorrow’s directing stars – the first and second prize winners of the YDA 2015.

It wasn’t our normal show in the cinema but it certainly was one of the hottest tickets in Cannes. Stay tuned too for news of our evolving format for next year. Exciting times.

Meanwhile, it’s amazing what one can do with a blow-up animal in a cubicle not big enough to swing a cat. Here are our favourites from the photo booth at the Young Director Awards party in Cannes. So please do identify yourselves – simply add in your and your friends’ names.”

François Chilot, CFP-E Young Director Award President.
